Where can I donate books?

Answer

We are currently accepting gently-used books, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs. In order to maintain the high quality books that are offered at the Second Hand Prose Book Store (located in the basement of Miller Memorial Library), the following donations are not accepted: Reference Books, Textbooks, Soiled, Moldy or Damaged Books, Underlined or Highlighted Books, Foreign Language Books.

Books in smaller quantities (1 or 2 bags, 1 or 2 boxes) can be brought in when the library is open. There is a cart next to the elevator, near the info desk, where the books can be placed. A larger donation of books needs to be coordinated with the bookstore, since storage is an issue.
